Great food at a good price with excellent service. Can't go wrong.

Had a meatball grinder with roasted peppers & mushrooms. Very good. Waitresses very friendly.

We've been picking up at Max for years and always had good results - 3 yrs ago I became gluten-free and start buying your gluten-free pizza . It was excellent -thin and crispy! my granddaughter's husband has a pizza shoppe in NYC and he rated it excellent! 2-3 months ago your pizza dough went from fantastic to horrible! thick and gooey! what happened? we will no longer order from you!

[ **** ] Great Experience. Went on a Saturday Night around 6:30. NO Issues With Parking or Seating. Staff was on their game. Enjoyed a PIZZA @ The Bar. Love The Atmosphere and would Definitely Recommend & Return.Props to The Bartenders. Would just ask for Extra Sauce or Recommend a Change Next Time. Otherwise; BEST Pizza In Bristol! Keep Up The Good Work.

Haven’t tried anything other than pizza from the menu, but Max Pizza is always our go to in the area.

Great pizza and their chef salad is awesome too. I like their house dressing.. very yummy

Max makes good pizza, the only problem is no delivery service.

Was exactly OK. Nothing particularly bad, nothing that stood out either. Service was a little bit hurried and impersonal, which was surprising given that it was near empty at the time. Pizza was generic American style, no twists or authenticity.

Absolute worst roast beef grinder I had in my life. Like chewing on leather. Asked for everything and got lil bits of lettuce and tomato with some oil. Wont be getting food from here ever again.

Very disappointed. Ordered a Pizza and two salads . Go to pick it up and they gave my order to someone else. Tell me in 15 mins they will have my order ready. So now that’s a bout 50mins I had to wait to get my food.. I go to cash out they say sorry which is nice but they charged me full price. Didn’t offer a discount didn’t even offer a soda..Just had no problem charging me full price for a mistake they made.. if they would have gave me a discount I would have gave the rest as a tip because mistakes do happen but too not offer anything is very disappointing

I've always loved Max Pizza! I've been going there since I was a little girl with my family. The renovation is so nice and the atmosphere is great. They are always so busy, but they have the hardest working staff that knows how to handle it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pizza and salad were yummy. Cute place. Definitely happy with the way my sons birthday party went. Thanks so much Max's!!!

Good pizza and other food (not thin crust). Max has been a staple in Bristol for about 40 years. Parking is limited. Seating is ample.

Finally had a chance to try this place out. Wow, completely underwhelming. I couldn't wait to try them out because they have so many locations. This is nothing more than your typical Papa John's or Pizza Hut type pan pizza.

Max's Pizza is our favorite Pizza stop. Whether its grinders, Italian dishes, or pizza, its all great! We had a gathering of about 50 people at the Original Max's on Stafford Ave. The waitstaff were wonderful and the owner even came by to say hello, really great guy, always smiling. Our favorite pizza is the New Max's from Max's on Middle st Bristol. We're trying to get him to make it at Stafford but I like that each restaurant has their own specials, we're going to have to check out the others.

Good portions, prices, service, and food. We take out from here whenever we can. Always a hit.

They don't deliver but when I have guests and need pizza I don't mind the drive. Really good food.

This is truly the best place to have a kids bday party. You buy your drinks and pizza there you can bring the cake and use the back room free.

Our favorite place to stop when we're in the area. The renovations have really improved Max's look but the food hasn't changed! Their pasta salad is one of those things we crave sometimes! 😍

This location, Stafford Avenue, is a solid pizza restaurant but nothing special. Good for locals to pick up a quick pizza.house pie.

Great portions for the price. I had the chicken parmesan and it was excellent. I got a salad, garlic bread and the meal for $13.

They got the best boneless wings I've ever had in my life

Was amazing! The food is great and the service is great! Very clean and sanitary. I recommend going. I love everything about this restaurant and if you go I hope you enjoy because I enjoy every time I eat there. ❤💕 oh and the manajor Rachel... is an amazing person😘

Typical pizza restaurant food. You won't be surprised and you won't be disappointed. Service is phenomenal!! Friendly, efficient wait staff. Very clean.

Great pizza an the dinners are great

I went to eat lunch with my eight year old daughter and after being given the menus the waitress ignored us for 25 minutes. The waitress was right in front of us and not really engaged in take out orders , or give us eye-contact. Horrible service, Horrible experience. Stay Out!B.T.W. the table and chairs are dilapidated and in desperate need of a dining room renovation.

Great and friendly staff. Plenty of space for a larger party/celebration, great spot for friend dinner, family dinner, or date night. Plenty of options for everyone and prices are affordable. Portion sizes are perfect. Ordered a small salad amd it was perfect, I added chicken and it was plenty !

Great food, great customer service... special pizza is expensive with barely any toppings on it so that's why I made this 4 stars. If I'm gonna pay over $20 for one pizza, I expect it to have a generous amount of toppings.
